International Relations

The UBU Division of International Relations aims to support the mission of the university. This is to produce graduates of high quality, to encourage research that benefits the local, national, and international communities, to offer educational services regionally, and to promote the cultural traditions of north-eastern Thailand.

The division achieves this by facilitating communication between the university and individuals and agencies outside of Thailand. The main focus is on contacts with universities in the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS), such as the National University of Laos and Cantho University in Vietnam. Links also exist with institutions in other parts of Asia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
